1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions of Sale (“T&C”) govern the sale of products and services offered by QUEUP LTD (“we”, “us”) through queupltd.com. They supplement our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Orders and Acceptance

When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase. The contract is formed only when we send an order-confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion (e.g., suspected fraud, pricing error, stock shortage). If your payment has already been taken, we will refund it promptly.

Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are listed inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes as indicated at checkout.
  • We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment methods displayed at checkout. Payment is processed by PCI-DSS compliant providers; we do not store full card details.
  • If a price is displayed with a manifest error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and notify you.

Delivery

  • Digital delivery: downloads or access credentials are provided via email or your account dashboard, typically within minutes of payment confirmation.
  • Physical delivery (if applicable): we ship to addresses within the regions stated at checkout. Estimated delivery times are indicative and not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier (or, where required by consumer-protection law, on actual receipt).

Refunds & Cancellations

Refund and cancellation rights depend on the type of product purchased and the law of your jurisdiction. Without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights:

  • Digital content delivered immediately may be exempt from withdrawal rights once download or streaming has begun, where you have given express prior consent;
  • Subscription services may be cancelled at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period and no pro-rated refund is given unless required by law;
  • Defective or non-conforming products are eligible for repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with applicable consumer-protection law.

To request a refund, contact info@queupltd.com with your order number and the reason for the request. Approved refunds are typically processed within 14 days to the original payment method.

Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotional codes and discounts may be subject to additional terms (validity period, minimum spend, single-use, customer eligibility). We reserve the right to modify or terminate promotions at any time and to refuse codes obtained fraudulently or in violation of their stated terms.

Warranty

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, products are sold with the warranties expressly stated at the point of sale and any non-excludable statutory warranties. We do not warrant that products will meet your specific requirements or that they will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free beyond what is expressly promised.

Statutory consumer-protection rights (where applicable in your jurisdiction) are not affected by this clause.

Intellectual Property in Purchased Items

Unless expressly stated otherwise, you receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use purchased digital content for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not redistribute, resell, or sublicense it without our written consent.

Force Majeure

Neither party is liable for failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, pandemics, network or power outages, or strikes. The affected party must notify the other party as soon as reasonably practicable.

Miscellaneous

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent; we may assign them freely.
